Jack J. Rose was selected as an expert panelist on the May 2020 New York City Bar Association webcast that addressed recent amendments to the Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA). Jack, along with the panel provided a comprehensive overview of the new law with a side-by-side comparison to the more traditional parts of the Bankruptcy Code. The panel also discussed the open issues that the new law does not address.
